Celebrate the harvest of our famous crop at the 45th annual festival, 4 days of fun filled events.
The Vidalia Onion Festival Committee is proud to have the festival chosen to be part of the Trophy Tour.
The trophy will be on display during the Air Show at the Vidalia Regional Airport on Saturday, April 23 rd beginning from Noon until 3:00pm. This will be a great photo opportunity and another attraction included in the Air Show.
Thursday 4/21
The festival kicks off on Thursday with the downtown Chalk Walk, a Children’s Parade and Movie Under the Stars at the Stage at City Park. Enjoy local entertainment and chalk artwork on our downtown sidewalks. Modern Midways Carnival open Wednesday – Sunday behind Arts and Crafts on Airport Rd.
Friday 4/22
Shop for onion memorabilia in the local shops and enjoy fresh cooked Vidalia Onion rings in downtown at the corner of US Hwy 280 and Jackson Street. Enjoy the Friday Night Concert at the Vidalia Regional Airport featuring ACM Award Winning Artist, Lee Brice.
Saturday 4/23
Saturday is always the big day of the festival starting with the Onion Run, Arts & Crafts, Recipe Contest and Air Show featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels. This year enjoy an evening of music and fireworks at the Street Dance at the Vidalia Regional Airport.

Another day of Air Show featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, Arts & Crafts, and Modern Midways Carnival.
